The Editorial Office of the Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Mathematics, Computer Science, Mechanics Series would like to draw your attention to important information regarding the delivery of emails sent from the journal website: https://bulmathmc.enu.kz/.
Due to technical restrictions imposed by certain email services, including mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and other providers within the Mail Group ecosystem, widespread email delivery issues have occurred:
- Messages are not delivered at all;
- Messages are placed in the Spam or Deleted Items folders;
- Communication during manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence is disrupted.
These issues are caused by strict email filters that block automated notifications sent by Open Journal Systems (OJS), the platform used by our journal.
We therefore strongly recommend the following:
- When registering on the platform, use an institutional email address (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz).
- Alternatively, you may use a Gmail address (@gmail.com), which reliably receives messages from the system.
- Avoid registering with email addresses ending in @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, or @list.ru.
If you have already registered with an affected email address, you can change it in your user profile on the platform.
