Abstract

Parametric frame sets in the Walsh analysis are introduced and the corresponding algorithms for constructing
the Parseval frames are indicated. Relationships with constructions of orthogonal wavelets on Vilenkin groups and in spaces of
periodic sequences of complex numbers are noted.
